I was very saddened to just find out that Brenda has died I knew Brenda years when I was a tapestry weaver and we both exhibited at the Scottish women Artists exhibition in the RSA which was always a lot of fun during the setting up etc! I will always remember Brenda as a warm friendly lady and we did a swap once, I gave her a tapestry of Clowns and she gave me a painting of the same subject which I seem to remember I transported home strapped to the roof of my little renault 4 with a storm ominously gathering overhead which fortunately I managed to beat to safety! Happy times and I am only sorry we lost touch in recent years I just wanted to say I will always remember her very fondly and still enjoy looking at her painting on my sitting room wall every day!

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
